Who We Are:
My name is Phillip Gain, but everybody calls me Phil. I am the President and Principal travel consultant here at Worldwide Motorcycle Tours. I've been riding motorcycles since I was 19 years old. I have been a travel professional since 1998 planning countless tours to out-of-the way places for thousands of clients -- many whose names you would recognize!
My lovely wife Jennifer (everyone calls her Jen) has a Master's Certificate in Project Management, and her organizational skills are second to none! Jen keeps the books, produces marketing materials, and handles the myriad of miscellaneous yet critical tasks that are part of the day-to-day operation of our business.
Worldwide Motorcycle Tours is a labor of love for both of us. We hope that you will allow us to send you off on the two-wheeled adventure of your dreams!
A Little About the Company:
Worldwide Motorcycle Tours is a Massachusetts corporation, established in March, 2008. Phil holds 51% of the shares, and Jen holds 49%.
We are a home-based travel business, currently operating on an "evenings and weekends" basis. As the business grows, we will transition into a full-time operation, perhaps with a brick-n-mortar storefront.
We are (and will remain) a debt-free company. The company was started with cash, and all our office equipment, furniture, computers, etc., are paid for. Why is this important? Because in one way or another, the cost of a company's debt must always get passed down to its clients, and we refuse to do that.
Worldwide Motorcycle Tours maintains a separate trust account for all client payments. In other words, the money you pay for your trip is never co-mingled with our day-to-day operating funds. Instead, it is held on account until paid to suppliers.
Because we are debt-free, keep our overhead costs low, and follow the best travel industry standards, you may rest assured that we will be able to serve your needs far into the foreseeable future.
